The AdaptFMS Solution
Our hydrocarbon management system aggregates data from field devices, such as tank level gauges, PLCs, flow meters, etc., and presents the data in a meaningful format for statuary reporting and internal analysis and improvement.
AdaptFMS provides complete visibility of fuel (including future fuel) and lubricant usage down to each consuming asset.
Our rugged hardware integrates with hydrocarbon infrastructure on site to monitor and control the flow of fuel and oil. It automatically captures all product movement as distinct transactions, fuel flow with dates, times, and other details down to the individual vehicle, person or asset.
What sets us apart is that our rugged AdaptMAC hardware does more than just record volume and dates. It’s user-friendly touch screen interface, allows workflow customisation and integration with PLCs. The AdaptMAC enables operators to capture information, such as reporting of faults or recording odometer readings and engine hours.

AdaptIQ Fuel Management Software
AdaptIQ hydrocarbon management platform records important information about products & resources in a business or supply chain. While AdaptIQ records data, such as live, real-time stock in storage tanks, silos and stockpiles or other storage facilities and live movement of stock to and from the storage facility, or an asset that will use the resource, such as a vehicle being refuelled. By tracking changes in stock in a storage tank, and movement to and from, AdaptIQ can compare the two data points in order to confirm the measurements match. This provides high certainty of accuracy – a process VERIDAPT refer to as reconciling. By ensuring that all recorded data “reconciles”, all data analysis and reporting, such as:

We know that IoT sensors and edge devices need to communicate from on premises to the cloud to stop unauthorised interception of data. And that data stored in the cloud can still be hacked. Also, application in the cloud can be hacked, too, allowing for software modification.
VERIDAPT’s solution is secure by design. All information transmitted from VERIDAPT devices to the cloud are tunnelled over a private cellular connection and encrypted. All data stored in the cloud is encrypted. Our software is backed up hourly.
